Challenge:
The University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada is an internationally renowned establishment with over 60,000 active students, faculty and staff members. The UBC Carding Office needed a digital communication strategy to convey the new UBCcard details to various university stakeholders.


Resolution:
Prior to site reconstruction, our team compartmentalized and prioritized the large amount of information to be communicated. This allowed our copywriters, designers and developers to construct a clean and organized website that provided information to the reader on an "as-need" basis. In addition, the concept of an "easy campus life" was adopted as the cornerstone of the UBCcard brand, eventually driving promotional materials and signage creation activities.
